Personal information - In this Policy, “personal information” refers to information about an identifiable individual. Most of our services do not require registration, allowing you to visit our site without telling us you are. Forms - Motionlife collects personal information using a Contact form, MotionLifePlus registration form, and Stripe payment. It allows you to access our products and services. For MotionLife to bill you for products and services you request, to manage the shipping of products or recalls for regulatory purposes, and to market products and services that we think may be of interest to you, or to communicate with you for other purposes that are evident from the circumstances or about which we inform you we collect Personal Information from you.
Automatic data collection - When you access our site, information is automatically exchanged between your computer and our servers to ensure our site is compatible with your equipment. This information is collected to understand how our visitors use our site, to enhance their experience, and to produce aggregate statistics.
Essential and functional cookies - Essential cookies are necessary for the operation of this website and cannot be deactivated. Functional cookies ensure that the website operates correctly and securely. Without these cookies, the services you have requested, such as obtaining an insurance quote, using online discounts, logging into your account, or paying and renewing your contract, cannot be provided. Notwithstanding the above, if certain financial information, such as a credit card number, is provided to us, it will be processed through a secure gateway to execute the transaction. In this case, the payment details will not be retained by "MotionLife" but sent directly to the provider or the financial institutions. Responsible for processing transactions.
Section 2: To whom does Motionlife disclose your personal information?
We will not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your Personal Information to third parties except as provided in this Privacy.
Motionlife may share your personal information with our employees, contractors, consultants, and other parties who require such information to assist us with establishing, maintaining, and managing our relationship with you.
Motionlife may disclose your personal information to Service providers, including an organization or individual retained by Motionlife to perform functions on its behalf, such as marketing, data processing, document management, and office services; Motionlife affiliates; and any third parties where you consent to such disclosure or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

In that case, we will not implement such changes until your permission has been obtained. This Policy does not create or confer upon any individual any rights or impose upon Motionlife any rights or obligations outside of, or in addition to, any rights or duties set by Canada’s federal and provincial privacy laws, as applicable. Should there be, in a specific case, any inconsistency between this Policy and Canada’s federal and local privacy laws, as appropriate, this Policy shall be interpreted, in respect of that case, to give effect to and comply with such privacy laws.
